Position: System Administrator

Location: Centurion, Gauteng

Position Purpose: Perform the day-to-day administration and Monitoring of the Core systems. Analyse and understand the overall business need, define the requirements, document the requirements, and implement these configuration changes with high level of detail.

Experience: Minimum of 2 – 5 years. Experience within the Medical Scheme administration is preferred

Qualifications: Grade 12, relevant tertiary degree or diploma will be an advantage.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
  • Monitoring the Interface Management System
  • Quality Assurance testing
  • Access Control (Create and Amend)
  • Bi-Annual and Monthly User Access Review
  • Improve current
  • Develop and maintain
  • Document Business needs of changes
  • Manage configuration changes and integration with other systems
  • Execute user acceptance and system
  • Document and prepare user acceptance and test data for
  • Monitor incomplete
  • Analyse and solve system

  • Standard Operating Procedures Registry. Ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures register is created and kept up to Escalate any updates required on a Standard Operating Procedure. Bi-annual review on all Standard Operating Procedures.
