Position: Clinical Pre- Authorization Agent
Location: Centurion, Gauteng
PHA, is looking for a Clinical Pre-Authorisation Agent to join our managed care team.
This role is responsible for issuing accurate hospital pre-authorisations, ensuring clinical appropriateness, medical necessity, and effective clinical risk management.
Requirements:
- Nursing qualification with SANC registration/enrolment (mandatory)
- 2–3 years’ experience in Managed Healthcare (advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of scheme rules, coding, and managed care protocols
